This agreement governs use of the Firespring website product ("service") developed specifically for franchisees and affiliates of Minuteman Press International (MPI). Additional terms and conditions of use are posted online in the administration area of the  site and, together with this agreement, govern the product's use ("agreement"). Users of this service hereby agree to the following:
 
1. By signing this authorization, (I)(we) accept non-exclusive usage of the design, text and other content comprising the Minuteman site for so long as Firespring provides (me)(us) the website and related services. After that period, (I)(we) will no longer have the right to use the design, text or other content. This usage agreement allows (me)(us) to use all such design, text and other content in conjunction with (my)(our) website and for other marketing purposes. (I)(we) understand that by discontinuing the recurring monthly payments to Firespring, (I)(we) are effectively forfeiting (my)(our) rights for the ongoing use of the Minuteman site system and my website will be removed from service. (I)(we) agree and acknowledge that should (I)(we) (1) violate the terms of their franchise agreement, (2) leave the Minuteman franchise system for any reason, or (3) otherwise fail to comply with MPI policies and guidelines, the franchisee's website shall be suspended and/or terminated.

2. Use of Content: I acknowledge that the service contains information, software, photographs, electronic images, graphics, links and other material (collectively, the "content") that are protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights of Firespring, Minuteman Press International or third parties. I agree to comply with any additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any content available on or accessed through the service. Users of the service may use the content only for promotion of the commercial entity purchasing the service.

3. The service may contain links to sites on the Internet which are owned and operated by third parties (the "external sites"). I acknowledge that Firespring is not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any external site. I will contact the site administrator or Webmaster for those external sites if I have any concerns regarding such links or the content located on such external sites.

4. If at any time the terms and conditions of the agreement  are no longer acceptable, I will immediately cease all use of the service.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: FIRESPRING, MINUTEMAN PRESS INTERNATIONAL, NOR ANY PROVIDER OF THIRD PARTY CONTENT OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS WARRANTS THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE; NOR DO THEY MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS TO BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE OR THE CONTENT. THE SERVICE AND THE CONTENT ARE DISTRIBUTED ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. FIRESPRING, MINUTEMAN PRESS INTERNATIONAL, THIRD PARTY CONTENT PROVIDERS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE, ANY CONTENT OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SOLD THROUGH THE SERVICE. FIRESPRING, MINUTEMAN PRESS INTERNATIONAL, NOR ANY THIRD PARTY CONTENT PROVIDER WARRANTS THAT ANY FILES AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOADING THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR SIMILAR CONTAMINATION OR DESTRUCTIVE FEATURES. I EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE AND THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE CONTENT IS ASSUMED SOLELY BY MYSELF. FIRESPRING, MINUTEMAN PRESS INTERNATIONAL, THIRD PARTY CONTENT PROVIDERS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Product and Billing Overview

I understand that I am purchasing the usage of a Web software solution developed by Firespring I have the choice to select different option levels. Please refer to the features chart at https://www.minutemanpresence.com/pricing/ for more detailed information on the base site, various usage levels, options and cost structures.  Option 1:  For a one time sign-up fee and an ongoing monthly subscription fee you will receive an expanded product from Firespring that would allow you to modify content and images through a secure administration area and unlock a fully-functional online proofing system. Option 2:  For a one time sign-up fee and an ongoing monthly subscription fee you will receive a package from Firespring that includes an unlimited number of customer portals, including document reordering centers, pre-populated forms, online payment features, and enhanced online proofing. All the features of Option 1 are included in the Option 2 offering. Option 3: For a monthly subscription fee in addition to the monthly fee charged in Option 2, you will have the option of adding VersaDoc that generates press-ready files for business cards, letterhead or other variable text documents. There is an additional one-time setup fee associated with this option. You must purchase Option 2 in order to have this option available.

Monthly subscription billing for any option level of the enhanced website package will be due and payable in advance, on the first day of the monthly billing cycle by the individual MPI franchise by electronic funds transfer from a checking account or by credit card. Firespring will limit any price increases in monthly hosting fees to the then published yearly change in the CPI. Firespring will provide 90 days notice before any pricing change takes effect.
